The fastest way is to pick up the phone. We will tell you whether the home is still open, answer your questions honestly, and walk you through what an application looks like. Nothing fancy.

- How many rental homes does GNS have at any time?
- Typically a handful. We run a small, family-managed portfolio in Hawley and Barnesville so we can keep each home in good shape.
- What do you do when nothing is listed?
- Call 701-371-1724 and we will add you to a short list. When a home opens up, we usually know ahead of it going public.
- Are your rentals pet-friendly?
- It depends on the property. Some homes allow pets with a deposit, others do not. Ask us about the specific home.
- What is the typical lease length?
- Twelve months is the default. We are open to discussing longer terms for established renters.
- Do you charge application fees?
- We try to keep this simple. Any fees are disclosed up front when we send the application, along with the security deposit and first month terms.
